Hemorrhoid is a condition in which swollen vessels comes out of anus and causes pain. This disease causes pain during bowel movement and because of which patients face large pain around anus and rectum. Well, this disease is curable and sometimes you can heal it easily at your home by taking good diet, doing some exercise and applying some creams over hemorrhoids. When hemorrhoids do not response to general ways of treatment, doctors suggest patients to take further steps for eliminating this problem. Doctors simply suggest for hemorrhoid surgery, which is an effective way of having long term relief from hemorrhoid problem.

Surgeons usually do not suggest patients to take support of surgery for eliminating external hemorrhoids. This surgical procedure is performed only when hemorrhoid’s size is large. There are surgeries through which problem of internal hemorrhoids can be treated. The first surgery is known as banding in which a tight band is applied at foundation of hemorrhoids. Thus the blood flow towards hemorrhoids is stops and then doctors cut hemorrhoids. Thus the problem of internal hemorrhoids can be treated with bending. Doctors also apply Hemorrhoidectomy surgery on prolapsed internal hemorrhoids. Usually people do not recognize that they are suffering from internal hemorrhoids because this type of hemorrhoid never pain. People recognize them, while they see blood in stool. In such situation surgery becomes important to perform.

There are many other ways of treating hemorrhoids with surgery. A main surgical procedure involves Sclerotherapy. In this therapy a chemical is inserted into hemorrhoids through injection, which stops growth of hemorrhoids and shrink them. There is another therapy to treat hemorrhoids, which is called Coagulation Therapy. In this therapy hemorrhoids are treated by using infrared light. Doctors either heat too much to hemorrhoids or cool them to withdraw from their base in rectum. These surgical procedures often work for better health of patient and thus the hemorrhoid patients get proper treatment through surgery.
